Clarion Electrical, a division of Clear Companies, formed in 2016 to bring high-quality electrical utility construction services to the Greater Houston Area. Since our inception, we have established ourselves in the community as a provider of honest labor with construction experience and access to resources that enable a rapid turnaround time on projects large and small.

Meet the Management Team
Mike Leach, President
As the founder and president of Clarion Electrical, Mike Leach has
shaped the company into a leading provider of comprehensive electrical construction services across the Greater Houston Area in a brief period of time. He formed Clarion Electrical, as a division of the Clear Companies family, in June 2016 after 28 years at Pfeiffer & Son, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and leadership drive.
In addition to earning a license as a Master Electrician in 2008, Mike has garnered decades of successful performance experience on projects that include MV/LV power distribution, SCADA, controls, instrumentation, area and street lighting, and utility infrastructure (CNP/Entergy). He has served as the superintendent/project manager for electrical construction projects that, when combined, exceed more than $50 million.

Nathan Ladner, P.E., Project Manager
Nathan Ladner, P.E., serves as a project manager for Clarion
Electrical, bringing more than a decade of field experience to the Clear Companies family. Specializing in project engineering with an emphasis in value engineering, he excels at providing Clarion customers with project excellence for the entire life cycle, ensuring efficient use of time and labor while delivering quality work that lasts.
Nathan has played a critical role in the design and construction of power systems, instrumentation and controls for wastewater treatment plants, water plants, and lift stations, along with street lighting, area lighting, and private power and lighting services. Born and raised in Houston, he graduated with a B.S. in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power and controls, from the University of Houston and continues to play a role in the phenomenal growth that has come to define the Space City—one successful project at a time.
